This is a story of an adventure of a newly married couple who are facing the challenges of beginning married life….while living out of hotels. On June 11, Patrick left Ohio for Charlotte, NC and three weeks later, his wife, Nicole joined him. This is where their “living out of hotels” adventure begins! Patrick works for a company working with boilers and travelling to power plants. Nicole is currently a wife :-) and a temporarily retired RN.

But I must admit, this is mostly a food blog with updates of where we’re travelling. It will be a combination of my lifetime recipe box and letting family and friends know what city we’re in now.
